Matthew Mittino

Matthew Mittino is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Molecular Diagnostics at Abbott since September 2025, Mittino has also contributed to Mecwins as a Board Member since February 2017, where the focus is on ultra-sensitive protein biomarker detection. Previously, Mittino led Neogen Corporation's operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India from April 2023 to June 2025, overseeing a significant merger with 3M Food Safety. An independent consultant in healthcare from July 2015 to April 2023, Mittino provided operational expertise to diverse organizations, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Mittino was the Chief Executive Officer at Health in Code Group from September 2020 to September 2022, managing various facets of a genetic testing company.
