Matthew Webster is a data science and analytics manager with extensive experience in the automotive and medical sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Data Science, Statistics, and Analytics at Abbott since August 2019, Matthew previously worked as R&D Manager at Olympus Medical UKIE and held various roles at Valeo, including Site R&D Manager and Testing Manager, where notable achievements included the development of the world’s first electric supercharger and winning the 2016 PACE automotive technology award. Matthew's early career included positions as Systems Engineering Manager and Senior Application Engineer at Controlled Power Technologies Ltd. and Ford Motor Company, respectively. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering with 1st Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
