Michelle Ausset has extensive experience in marketing and sales within the consumer goods and nutrition sectors. At Abbott, from September 2017 to March 2022, Michelle served as the Head of Demand Generation and Institutional Sales for Abbott Nutrition Chile, following roles as Regional Marketing Head for Infant Formulas in Latin America and Marketing Head for Nutrition in Chile. Achievements during this period include leading significant brand development for Similac and overseeing local brands' strategies. Prior to Abbott, Michelle was with Procter & Gamble from June 2004 to April 2017, where roles included Marketing Manager for Naturella and Always in Latin America, focusing on brand redesign and innovative product execution. Michelle holds a Minor in Visual Arts and a degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Administration, Marketing, and Market Research from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
