Neil Sadler is an accomplished brand and design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently, as the Head of Brand Identity at Abbott since April 2024, Neil is responsible for transforming Abbott's global brand presence. As an Entrepreneur and Creative Founder at Ani Ramen since January 2014, Neil has developed an innovative dining experience focused on Tokyo-inspired cuisine. In previous roles, Neil served as Partner and Creative Director at pixelexperience, Head of Creative & Design at Amazon, and Head of Design USA at Nestlé, where major contributions included redefining design strategies and achieving award-winning results. Neil holds a BA(Hons) in Visual Communication Design from Ravensbourne University London.
