Rachel Trace

Rachel Trace is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as DVP and GM of Electrophysiology at Abbott since August 2025, Rachel previously held significant roles including Board Member at MedTech Europe and VP/GM of Commercial Operations Europe at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where notable improvements in performance were achieved. With a strong background in general management at Baxter International Inc., Rachel oversaw a $900M P&L for the UK & Ireland and led various business units, demonstrating a robust track record in driving growth and operational success. Earlier career milestones include leadership positions at Biosense Webster and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on cardiac electrophysiology and commercial projects across Europe. Rachel holds a BA Honours degree in Business Management from Newcastle University.
