Sarah Cipov

Sarah Cipov is an Executive and Procurement Director at Abbott, previously holding significant leadership positions within the organization and at GE Healthcare. With a background as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, they demonstrated strong leadership by supervising teams responsible for critical operational processes. At GE Healthcare, they achieved substantial cost reductions and led global sourcing initiatives, driving efficiency across multiple business segments. Sarah is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management at Old Dominion University, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University.
