Sébastien Pottier is an experienced talent acquisition leader with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Abbott since June 2010, Sébastien is responsible for developing and implementing a global talent strategy while overseeing a team of over 200 recruiters. Previous roles include Director of International Talent Acquisition at Abbott, where Sébastien managed the hiring of 15,000 employees annually, and Director of Executive Recruitment EMEA at SAP, leading executive hiring across multiple business units. Earlier career experiences include roles at Randstad and Orangina Schweppes, along with a Master’s degree in Marketing from EBS Paris.
