Timothy Katanik is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Procurement - Operational Excellence at Abbott since July 2020, Timothy has successfully implemented a Supplier Relationship Management program and led the integration of the Cost Forensics Lab, anticipating significant cost savings. Previously, Timothy held multiple roles at GE Healthcare, including Global Program Manager for MICT Digital, where a new digital platform was developed, and Senior Manager of Global Sourcing, overseeing substantial budgets and restructuring sourcing functions to a global scale.
