Tj Aliberti

TJ (Thomas) Aliberti is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Development at Abbott. Previously, TJ held positions such as Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development for Transfusion and Manager of Global Sales Training in Informatics and Commercial Excellence. TJ's early career included roles as an MRI Lab Worker and an Intramural Soccer Referee at Texas A&M University, as well as volunteering as a Prosthetic Intern for Mission of Hope Haiti. TJ obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013 and later earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from the University of North Texas in 2023.
