Zaneta Luo

Zaneta Luo is currently part of Abbott's Operations Professional Development Program (PDP), where they focus on developing leadership skills and expanding knowledge across business sectors. Previously, Zaneta served as an IQA Supervisor, overseeing quality standards and leading continuous improvement efforts in the lab. They also gained experience as a Quality Engineering Intern, where they developed quality procedures, and as a Procurement Specialist, managing supplier relationships and implementing strategic initiatives. Zaneta earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and contributed to research on sustainable alternatives to petroleum-derived chemicals.
