Previously, Ala' held various positions at Chanelle Pharma from January 2016 to July 2023, including Senior QA Compliance & Validation/QP, Compliance Officer/QA Inspector, R&D Team Leader-Medical, and Senior R&D Chemist/Project Leader. Before that, Ala' gained valuable experience at Hikma Pharmaceuticals Company as a Senior Research Chemist/Team Lead from June 2009 to January 2016.
