Amy Neurauter

Amy Neurauter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, organizational culture, and business systems. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives, Culture and Engagement at AbbVie since June 2019, Amy has held various leadership roles within the company, including Associate Director positions in Organizational Culture Programs and Global Distribution, Customer Service & Logistics. As the Owner and President of TIGHT-n-IT, Ltd. since January 2011, Amy has successfully established a health and wellness business, aiding over 300 clients.
