Anandi Srinivasan, PhD, is a dedicated process chemist with over nine years of experience in the synthesis of organic, inorganic, and organometallic compounds for industrial applications. Currently serving as an NPI Process Engineer at AbbVie, Anandi has previously worked as a synthetic chemist and project manager at the Université de Bordeaux, specializing in novel polynuclear transition metal complexes and X-ray crystallography.
