Azusa Yoshida

Azusa Yoshida has extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) with a career spanning multiple organizations. At AbbVie, Azusa served as EHS Section Manager, leading R&D EHS initiatives and managing the global industrial hygiene program from January 2013 to June 2019. Previously, as an EHS Specialist at AbbVie, responsibilities included occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics. Azusa's experience also includes completing a two-year EHS professional development program at Abbott, working as a Safety professional at Hospira, and interning in a manufacturing safety role. Earlier work involved research assistance at Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital. Azusa holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Knox College.
