Christi Lehner

Christi Lehner has over 26 years of experience in human resources, with significant expertise in business HR leadership and talent acquisition across multiple industries. At AbbVie, Christi served as Director of Business Human Resources with a focus on global Supply Chain functions, and took on key roles during the Allergan integration, driving US restructuring and employee transitions. Prior to AbbVie, Christi held senior HR positions at Abbott Laboratories, including overseeing pharmaceutical HR and global talent acquisition strategies, as well as managing university relations. Earlier career experience includes HR generalist roles at UL and Rank Video Services. Christi holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Illinois State University.
