Colleen Plesac

Colleen Plesac serves as the Associate Director of Corporate Strategy, Competitive & Strategic Insights at AbbVie, a role commenced in November 2023 following AbbVie's acquisition of ImmunoGen. In this position, Colleen is responsible for generating competitive and strategic insights focused on gynecologic cancers, particularly ovarian cancer. Additionally, Colleen has been a Healthcare Accelerator Coach at Social Enterprise Greenhouse since June 2020, providing mentorship to healthcare entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence at ImmunoGen, where Colleen focused on ovarian cancer prior to the acquisition, and as Associate Director of Global Commercial Product Strategy at Gilead Sciences, managing competitive intelligence for the HIV portfolio. Colleen began a consulting career at L.E.K. Consulting from June 2017 to June 2020, dedicated to the Healthcare Practice, and held various positions at the University of Miami, including a Resident Assistant role. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Miami.
