Erika Gabilondo

Erika Gabilondo is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise in various roles within AbbVie and Abbott. Currently serving as OEC Director at AbbVie since February 2011, Erika has held multiple positions including Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Transparency Manager, and Financial Planning Manager for Latin America. Key responsibilities include overseeing the annual budget, leading the implementation of the TM1 Financial Planning Tool, and managing shared services functions following AbbVie's spin-off from Abbott Laboratories. Prior to AbbVie, Erika worked at Abbott as Demand Manager and Financial Planning Analyst, where Erika contributed to the Sales & Operations Planning process and financial reporting. Erika began their career as an FPA Analyst at MSD. Erika holds a B.A. in Finance and Public Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has further education from École Supérieure de Gestion.
