Ingrid Slovikova

Ingrid Slovikova, MS, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director of Operations-Product Quality at AbbVie, a position held since January 2013. In this role, Ingrid Slovikova has acted as the scientific lead for domestic combination product development and manufacturing, overseeing design change implementation, and managing IQ/OQ and method development for drug product pre-filled syringes. Ingrid Slovikova has also been instrumental in startup operations of a new manufacturing site and led technology transfer manufacturing efforts. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Scientist at Abbott from May 2004 to January 2013, and as a Research Scientist at Baxter International Inc. from April 2003 to March 2004. Ingrid Slovikova holds an MBA in International Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Master's Degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Matej Bel, Banska Bystrica, Slovakia.
