Lindsey Coughlin

Lindsey Coughlin possesses extensive experience in patient services training and clinical support. At AbbVie from May 2021 to February 2024, Lindsey held roles including Director of Patient Services Training and Associate Director for both Enterprise Initiatives and Tele-Experience. Prior experience at UBC from July 2015 to August 2019 included positions as Project Lead and Clinical Nurse Educator, providing case management and disease state education. Additionally, at BJC HealthCare, Lindsey served as an RN Clinical Supervisor in the Emergency Department and previously worked as Staff RN and Relief Charge at Northwest Healthcare Emergency Room. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Lewis and Clark Community College.
