Megan Kontos

Megan Kontos (Geraghty) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources partnership and management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Global Commercial at AbbVie since April 2021, Megan previously held multiple positions at Allstate from August 2013 to April 2021, including Human Resources Business Partner for Allstate Investments and Senior Consultant roles in Enterprise and Executive Compensation. Responsibilities included supporting compensation structures for senior executives and expatriates, as well as providing comprehensive HR support in talent management and organizational management.
