Todd Marshall

Todd Marshall is an experienced packaging engineering professional with a robust background in the pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at AbbVie since April 2014, Todd leads the design and development of packaging solutions for oral solid dose and parenteral products, supporting regulatory filings and commercial launches. Prior experience includes positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where Todd facilitated technology transfer and packaging support, and Amylin Pharmaceuticals, where Todd drove process improvements and COGS reduction initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies. Todd began a career as a packaging engineer at Abbott Laboratories, managing projects within the Dallas Diagnostics Division, and has held internships at Kenpak and Ecolab. Todd holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Packaging and Physiology from Michigan State University, along with additional training from Purdue University and the IoPP Packaging Machinery Workshop.
