Vicky Lange, PhD CEng FWES, is an API & Drug Product Technical Manager at AbbVie, specializing in commercial operations and new product launches. With an extensive background in chemical engineering, Vicky has led significant projects, including the development and scale-up of continuous API synthesis at Pfizer. Previously, as the Head of Process Engineering at APC, Vicky managed a team of over 30 engineers focused on process development and sustainability. In addition to technical expertise, Vicky actively promotes diversity in the workplace, collaborating with organizations such as BlackPharma and WISE to support underrepresented groups in STEM. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Vicky is currently based in Dublin, Ireland.
