George Bex is currently the Director of Global People Operations & Technology at ABBYY, where they enhance people systems and operations. Previously, George managed a team of 47 at Hewitt Associates, overseeing employee benefits programs for over 200,000 participants. As VP of Service Delivery at Xerox, they led service center support for more than 350,000 employees across multiple countries while developing tools to improve HR transaction efficiency. At S&P Global, George directed global HR operations, supporting systems for over 20,000 employees in 35 countries. They are currently studying at the University of Connecticut School of Business.
