Pavlo Poliahushko began their work experience in 2005 as a Service Engineer at ERC, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined ABBYY as a Technical Support Representative and later became a Senior Technical Support Representative in 2019. From 2020 to 2021, Pavlo worked as a Customer Success Manager at ABBYY before being promoted to the role of Digital Customer Success Lead in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Scaled Customer Success at ABBYY, starting from April 2023.

Pavlo Poliahushko completed their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2000 to 2006, earning a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Pavlo has also obtained various certifications in areas such as ABBYY Vantage Fundamentals, goal setting, robotic process automation, and leadership.
