Melissa Ratliff is a seasoned digital content manager with extensive experience in media and communication. Currently serving as Digital Content Manager at ABC 7 WWSB-TV since March 2020, Melissa oversees digital content across various platforms and develops social media strategies to enhance news delivery and branding. Previously, as Executive Producer of Digital Content and Social Media at WLEX-TV, Melissa managed multiple social media platforms and contributed to web content as a writer. Melissa's background includes roles as an ESL teacher in France, travel writer for Insider Louisville, and positions in visitor services and box office management at cultural institutions. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater and English from the University of Kentucky, a Master's degree in English from the University of Louisville, and a second Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Louisville.
