Paula Willey is an accomplished library professional with extensive experience in collection and project development, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Collection & Project Development at First Book since May 2022. Past positions include Manager of the Orleans Street Library and Children's Department Head at the Southeast Anchor Library from September 2018 to May 2022, and Librarian at BCPL from March 2004 to August 2018. Additionally, Willey has contributed as a Freelance Columnist for The Baltimore Sun and as a Children's Book Critic for UNADULTERATED.US. With degrees from Pratt Institute, New York University, and Case Western Reserve University, Willey's expertise spans library services, project management, and children's literature advocacy.
