Joey Moreno

Joey Moreno, CPA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Payment Operations at ABC Fitness Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing Payment Operations and Merchant Services teams, managing relations with payment processors, and partnering with BI developers to create risk monitoring reports. Prior to this role, Joey held senior positions at Zumba, including Director of Payments & Business Operations, where a comprehensive payments strategy was developed and implemented. Joey also held various operational roles within Zumba, contributing to the global integration of new payment methods. In addition, Joey has shared expertise as a guest speaker at notable industry conferences on topics related to payments and e-commerce. Educationally, Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Miami.
