Fredrik Bauer

Fredrik Bauer is currently the Chief of Staff at ABC Labs, where they assist in various operations and projects in healthcare. They have served as a Mindfulness Instructor at Mindfulnesscenter AB since 2020 and previously worked in multiple capacities at ABC Labs during the Covid-19 pandemic, including roles as Management Trainee and Operations Manager. In earlier positions, Fredrik was the Head Ski Coach at IFK Lidingö Slalomklubb and a competitive downhill skier for Ski Team Sweden Alpine, earning a silver medal in the Youth Olympic Games. Fredrik also founded Fredrikkompaniet, focusing on commentary for alpine racing events. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Handelshögskolan i Stockholm and have experience in student leadership as Vice President of the Student Association at the Stockholm School of Economics.
