Patricio G. Espinoza

Patricio G. Espinoza is a seasoned multimedia journalist and educator with extensive experience in storytelling and news production. Currently serving as a multimedia journalist at ABC15 Arizona since February 2024, Patricio also contributes as a Journalism Faculty Associate at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. With a career spanning over two decades, Patricio has worked as a freelance network journalist for ABC News and as a multimedia national news correspondent at espiMedia, covering a range of topics through investigative and news magazine formats. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from the Walter Cronkite School, multiple fellowships from prestigious institutions such as UC Berkeley and Northwestern University, and a strong foundation in media management and digital journalism. Patricio has also shared expertise as a trainer in the SPJ-Facebook Journalism Program and has been recognized for contributions to journalism education and innovation.
