In 2012, they joined CAC Metal Recycling as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they held positions at CCON Metals Inc as a Sales Manager and General Manager. In 2016, they became the General Manager at ABC Recycling, a role they held until 2020 when they were promoted to Regional General Manager. In 2022, they were further promoted to Director of Operations, North Yards, and in 2023, they became the Director of Operations for the entire company. Alongside their work experience, Glenn Rempel is also the President of NAK Enterprises Ltd since 2008.
