Jill Pierard is an experienced Associate General Counsel with a strong background in the life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. They have managed large patent and trademark portfolios and have expertise in patentability analysis, litigation, and legal writing. Jill previously served as the Global Head of Intellectual Property at Sigma-Aldrich and Associate General Counsel at MaxCyte, Inc., and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Currently, they are the Associate General Counsel at ABC Supply Co. Inc. and the Founder and CEO of Pierard Law, LLC. Jill obtained a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University.
