LEE RUSSELL COOPER possesses a diverse and extensive background in both education and management. Currently serving as a Teacher Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant at ABC Teachers since June 2023, LEE has provided temporary teaching in the Religious Education and Geography departments. Prior to this role, LEE was a General Manager at Ego Mediterranean Restaurants, overseeing company transitions and training new managers. LEE also excelled as a General Manager at Toby Carvery, where leadership and financial acumen contributed to business growth. Earlier management experience includes roles at The Pitch Sports Bar and Grill, Bar Sport Franchise, and Los Cannarios. LEE's educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Wolverhampton and numerous certifications in coaching, hygiene, and hospitality.
