Jared Aarons

Jared Aarons is an experienced broadcast journalist with a focus on news and sports reporting. Since September 2014, Jared has served as a Weekday Morning Anchor/Reporter and held various roles at ABC 10News San Diego, including Weekend Evening Anchor and Morning Reporter. Prior to that, Jared was involved in sports broadcasting with the Cedar Rapids Titans as a Radio Color Commentator and with the Cedar Rapids Kernels as an On Field Entertainment Emcee. Earlier career highlights include serving as Sports Director for Sinclair Broadcast Group, overseeing sports coverage across Iowa, and working as a News/Sports Reporter and Anchor at KXLF TV. Jared earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University.
