Sarah Cowan has been a prominent figure in the broadcasting industry since June 2008, serving as News Director and previously as Assistant News Director at ABC 10News San Diego | KGTV Channel 10. In the role of Assistant News Director, Sarah Cowan managed all business operations, strategic planning, and content execution for a large team, overseeing 44 hours of weekly broadcast news and significant events. As Executive Producer, Sarah Cowan coordinated newsroom operations, fostering collaboration among producers, editors, and reporters to achieve high editorial standards. Earlier experience at KUSI-TV included producing various news broadcasts. Sarah Cowan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Webster University.
