Currently serving as a Broadcast Journalist and Storyteller at ABC15 Arizona since September 2015, Fay has achieved remarkable ratings growth, including a 300% increase in the first month and a 400% increase in the first quarter. Prior to this role, Fay worked at 12 News (KPNX-TV) as a News Anchor and Reporter, where notable accomplishments included developing social media strategies and securing high-profile talent for programs. Prior broadcasting experience also includes roles at The Times - USA Broadcasting, KTVK-TV, and KNAZ-TV. Fay holds a B.S.C. in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the University of Miami and a Micro Masters in Digital Marketing from Curtin University.
