Currently working at ABCA Fire and Security as the Passive Contracts Team Leader, Jonathan also runs their own freelance graphic design business. With previous roles as a Live Chat Agent, Customer Service Advisor, and Installations/Planner Administrator, Jonathan has a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and managing client queries efficiently. Jonathan is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and ensuring accurate information is provided to clients.
