Janet Sullivan

Janet Sullivan, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Janet is currently employed as the Head of US and EMEA Finance Control at Abcam since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Controller at entrinsic bioscience from June 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director of Financial Reporting at Summit Therapeutics from August 2019 to June 2021. Janet has also worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Inc as the Director of Corporate Accounting from January 2015 to October 2018. Janet has extensive experience in managing global accounting close, consolidation of financial statements, and coordinating with external auditors. Additionally, Janet has held various senior-level roles at Sanmina Corporation, including Senior Director of International Reporting, Senior Director of Global General Ledger, Director of General Ledger, and Manager of Intercompany. Janet has successfully overseen VAT compliance, tax coordination, balance sheet reconciliations, journal vouchers, and SOX controls. Janet's experience also includes serving as the Controller/CFO at Provant/FPMI Solutions, Inc from 2001 to 2004. Janet Sullivan, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Providence College. Janet completed their four-year degree program from 1981 to 1985.
