Sachin Thakur

Sachin Thakur, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist at Abcam since July 2018, with previous roles including Scientist in the Cell Line Development Platform and Scientific Support Specialist. Prior to Abcam, Sachin held a position as a Scientist in Pharmacology at Stealthmode Startup, focusing on preclinical models for rare muscle diseases. Sachin's academic background includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Harvard Medical School under Professor David Sinclair, investigating SIRT1 activation, and another Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at UTHSCSA, studying insulin resistance mechanisms in mouse models.
