Lenin Araya

Lenin Araya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital retail and technology development. Currently serving as Gerente de Retail Digital at ABCDIN since November 2021, Lenin focuses on the evolution and transformation of retail channels, including stores, eCommerce, merchandise, and supply chain. Since March 2009, Lenin has held the position of Chief Information Officer at Sodimac, overseeing technological development across seven countries and managing front and back office operations, financial management, data, and risk. Previous roles at Sodimac include Gerente de Ingenieria y proyectos Corp de TI, Gerente de ventas distrito centro venta empresas, Gerente de operaciones de venta empresas, and Subdirector de tecnologías de la información. Additionally, Lenin is pursuing a degree in Ingeniero en computacion e informatica at Universidad de Las Américas, which has been ongoing since 1988.
