Scott Lawson

Scott Lawson is a Robotics Engineer at AbCellera since January 2020, bringing extensive experience in software development and engineering from previous roles at Parsable and Zaber Technologies. At Parsable, Scott developed cloud SaaS application features using the Go programming language and worked with various web technologies. At Zaber Technologies, Scott utilized Python and C++ for real-time motion control systems and firmware development for multi-core ARM controllers. Early in Scott's career, multiple internships and co-op positions involved developing software for motor control and designing neural networks. Scott also has teaching experience at The University of British Columbia, where guidance was provided to students in engineering courses. Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from The University of British Columbia.
