Magdalena Oquendo, MHRM-HC, possesses extensive experience in human resources across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Sr HR Generalist for Steel Craft Corp. of Hartford since January 2023, Magdalena oversees Leave Management functions including FMLA, STD, LTD, and Workers' Comp. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Ballard Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center and Glen Healthcare Network since May 2017, and Human Resource Manager at Abcor Home Health, Inc. since December 2016, where all HR practices and policies are managed. Additionally, Magdalena held the role of Employee Relations Director at Fresh Coast Partners LLC and HR Director at Landmark of Des Plaines Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
