Diane Agnew serves as the Water Rights Program Manager and Environmental Manager at the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority since January 2018, overseeing the source water protection program and implementation of the Environmental Plan. Diane supports the Water Authority's long-term water management strategy, Water 2120, focusing on aquifer storage and recovery projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Hydrologist at the New Mexico Environment Department and as a Project Manager at CB&I Federal Services LLC, along with additional hydrologist positions at AMEC GEOMATRIX INC and Shaw Environmental Liability Solutions. Diane holds a Master of Science in Hydrology and Water Resources Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, along with an Executive Development certification from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
