Milind Kale

Milind Kale has extensive experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. Milind started their career in 1993 at Jagatjit Industries Ltd as an Executive Quality and Blending and worked there until 1998. Milind then joined Udv India Limited as an Executive Blending and Quality from 1998 to 2002. Milind then joined Pernod Ricard India, where they held multiple roles including Head of Blending & Quality from 2002 to 2008, and later became the Head Of Unit from 2008 to 2017. Currently, Milind is working as the Plant Head at Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd, a position they have held since 2017. Throughout their career, Milind has demonstrated strong skills in coordination, procurement, liaising with government authorities, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and certifications.

Milind Kale pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry(PCM) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
