Rukhshana J. Mistry

Rukhshana Mistry brings with her 31 years of experience in consultancy and practice in accounting, company law, auditing and direct and indirect taxation. Presently, she is an independent director in the Board of Directors of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited since March 2019.

She is the chairperson of Audit Committee and also a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited.

Rukhshana is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
