Kristi Helget

Kristi Helget, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kristi started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Winland Electronics, Inc. in 2008. Kristi later joined Abdo in 2009 as a Senior Accountant and held this position until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an HR Generalist at Abdo, and then was promoted to HR Manager, a role they held until 2020. Finally, they transitioned to the position of Director of Human Resources at Abdo in September 2020.

Kristi Helget, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and HR Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Kristi attended the university from 2005 to 2008, during which they also chose to minor in Accounting and Business Administration. In December 2016, Kristi obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
