Dr. AbdelKareem Al Kadomi is a seasoned Chief Legal Officer with over 20 years of extensive legal experience in the Middle East and North Africa region. Currently serving as the Chief Legal & Assurance Officer at Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises since March 2022, and as a Board Member for S3CW since December 2022, Dr. Al Kadomi has held key legal leadership positions at Abdul Latif Jameel Co. and Abdullatif Jamil since October 2016. Previous roles include Senior Vice President-Legal at DAMAC Properties and Group Chief Legal Officer at National Holding, alongside judicial experience as a Judge at North Amman Court. Dr. Al Kadomi's expertise encompasses high-stakes transactions, including banking, private equity, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions, alongside litigation and arbitration management across multiple regions, including Europe, the USA, and East Asia. Educational credentials include a PhD in e-banking laws from Amman Arab University and a Master’s degree in civil law from the University of Jordan.
