Adil Bouzaffour

Adil Bouzaffour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and IT management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital, IT Strategy and Planning at Abdul Latif Jameel since December 2022, Adil previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at SAS from January to November 2022. A long tenure at MetLife from 2004 to 2021 included roles such as Senior Manager of Global Platform and Infrastructure, Senior IT Project Manager, Senior Project Lead, Senior Business System Analyst, and Business Analyst. Adil is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Swiss School of Business and Management, complemented by academic achievements including a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics and Data Management from North Carolina State University, an MBA in Organizational Management from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Software Engineering from Al Akhawayn University.
