Syed Fasih Ur Rahman has an extensive work experience in the field of IT and technical solutions. Syed Fasih has worked with various companies in different roles, starting from their position as a Systems Engineer at DWP Technologies in 2004. Syed Fasih then joined ABM Info Tech (Pvt.) Ltd. in 2005 as a Technical Consultant and later became a Team Lead, where they managed projects and technical resources.
In 2008, Syed joined Information Management Technologies (IMT) as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for preparing and implementing strategic plans and projects. Syed Fasih also worked as a System Consultant, catering to pre-sales and post-sales activities.
In 2013, Syed joined Shabakah net Co. as a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant and Project In-Charge before moving to Maham Al-Khaleej Co. Ltd. (MATCO) in 2014 as a Senior Solutions Architect. There, they guided the sales team, designed solutions based on various technologies, and provided technical support to customers.
From 2017 to 2023, Syed worked at STME, starting as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect and eventually becoming the Head of Pre-Sales. In these roles, they were responsible for enterprise sales, developing relationships with customers, and leading the pre-sales and technical account management process.
Most recently, Syed joined Abdulla Fouad Group in 2022 as the BU Head of Cloud, Computing, Storage & DP. Their responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, maintaining and developing new business, and evaluating vendors based on market trends.
Syed Fasih Ur Rahman is a software engineer with a degree in Computer Programming from ACCP (Aptech certified software engineer). Syed Fasih has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, the Nutanix Certified Sales Representative: Level 3 from Nutanix, the VMware VTSP - MO (Management Operations 5), VMware VTSP - BC (Business Continuity 5), and VMware VTSP - SV (Server Virtualization 5) from VMware, and the EMC Proven Professional Backup Recovery Solutions Specialist, EMC SE - Converged Infrastructure 2014-15, EMC SE - Technologies 2014-15, EMC Proven Professional Backup Recovery Systems and Architecture, and EMC Proven Professional Big Data Scientist Associates from EMC. Additionally, they hold a certification in ITIL Foundation V3 from EXIN. Syed Fasih Ur Rahman has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA (Windows 2003, Messaging 2003, Security 2003), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator, and Virtualization Administrator.
