Anil Chilaka has a diverse work experience in the field of SAP HR. Anil started their career as an Associate Consultant at S4 Software Solutions, where they worked from 2004 to 2006. Anil then moved on to Seal Infotech Pvt. Ltd, where they implemented SAP HCM end to end for a project in Jeddah, KSA. Anil joined YASH Technologies as a Consultant for SAP HR from 2006 to 2007. Anil then worked at Convergys as a Sr. Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for SAP HR, where they handled multiple projects for clients like Johnson & Johnson and DuPont, among others. Anil joined IBM in 2010 as an Advisory Consultant and held various roles, including HR Lead for EVO integration and Technical Design Architect for HCM. Finally, they joined Al Abdulghani Motors in 2015 as an IT Lead for SAP HCM. Anil's experience includes analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing HCM solutions, as well as managing project portfolios, ensuring alignment of business requirements, and collaborating with colleagues and third parties for system integration.
Anil Chilaka pursued an MBA in HR & IT, specializing in Information Technology and Human Resource from 2003 to 2005. In 1996-1997, they completed their SSC from Shanthinikethan. An additional certification in SAP HCM was also obtained from SAP A.G.
