Tanuja Tiwari possesses extensive experience in customer relationship management and business development, currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L. since November 2019. Prior roles include Customer Relation Manager at SKODA India from September 2016 to November 2019 and Senior Business Manager at Aditya Birla Group from March 2013 to May 2016, along with earlier positions in service management and sales administration. Tanuja holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, completed between 2011 and 2013, as well as a master’s degree in Customer Service Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
